Data Protection

1. From 25 May 2018 the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data - Regulation No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 laying down the rules on the protection of personal data shall apply, processing and free movement of personal data of natural persons and which applies directly to all entities processing such data in any Member State of the European Union, in particular Portugal. Through this policy, we aim to inform you of the new rules applicable to the processing of your personal data, the rights that assist you and to inform you of how you can directly and simply manage their consent.

2. "Personal Data" means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Data Subject”). Identifiable is a natural person who may be associated, directly or indirectly, with an identifier, such as a name, identification number, location data, electronic identifiers or one or more specific elements of physical, physiological identity. , genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social of that natural person.

3. Our records include data obtained during your contractual relationship with us and following various interactions with Centralsocks, Lda.
Centralsocks, Lda, as data controller, uses the information collected for legal and contractual purposes, billing, customer management, historical and statistical purposes, legal obligations, quality of service control and customer service, business contacts and Marketing. The information collected is also used to tailor our products to our customers and to improve our services.
Centralsocks, Lda, has entered into the necessary protocols with its subcontractors in order to obtain adequate guarantees and to ensure maximum confidentiality, not to share their data with third parties for commercial purposes and a swift and effective defense of the data subject's rights. Your personal data will be retained for the period necessary to provide the services, billing and compliance with legal obligations.

4. You have the right at any time to access your personal data and to know what processing they are subjected to and, within the limits of the contract and the law, to change it, to oppose their processing, to decide on automated processing. of them, withdraw their consent, request their portability or erasure (except for the data that are indispensable to the provision of services by Centralsocks, Lda, therefore of mandatory supply, or the fulfillment of legal obligations). If you withdraw your consent, this does not compromise the lawfulness of the treatment performed until that date.

 

If you wish to exercise any of your rights mentioned above or clarify any doubt related to the matter you should address your communication to info@centralsocks.pt or by letter to the address of the company's headquarters.
If you exercise any of these rights, we will proceed with your review and respond within 1 month of receipt of the request, extending up to 2 months, taking into account their complexity and / or the number of requests.
Your request should clearly define which personal data it refers to. For your protection, we will only handle requests relating to your personal data associated with the specific email you used to send us your request and we may ask you to provide proof of your identity before placing your request.

 

We are committed to the protection and confidentiality of your personal data. We have taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to comply with the Regulation, ensuring that the processing of your personal data is lawful, fair, transparent and limited to the authorized purposes. We have taken the steps we consider appropriate to ensure the accuracy, completeness and confidentiality of your personal data, as well as all other rights that may assist you.
